The Filipino Alphabet
Letters used in the English and Filipino alphabet are similar, but with some exceptions.
In the Filipino alphabet there are 28 letters with the additions of the letters "ñ" and "ng".
Thankfully, in the Filipino language, the sounds letters make are remarkably consistent, unlike in the English language where letters (and especially vowels) can take on many different sounds ( think "u" in "cup", "cute", and "put").
