Personal pronouns refer to 1.) a person who is speaking or is spoken to, or 2.) a person being spoken about.
Filipino ANG personal pronouns include: , , , , , , and are used frequently in conversations to replace a noun and to avoid repetitiveness.
Ang Personal Pronoun: Akó ( I )
The Filipino pronoun akó is the equivalent of the English word "I".

Si is a Filipino word that serves as a marker to indicate that the focus of the sentence is the name of the person.
There are two ways to use the personal pronoun akó as the subject of the sentence.
1.) Ako can be placed at the beginning of the sentence (before the verb). This sentence formation can be used anytime, but is best suited for formal scenarios.
If you recall, the linking verb ay is sometimes shortened to "y when the last letter of the preceding word is a vowel.
Examples:
For casual conversations, ay is sometimes omitted when introducing your name. 2.) In the inverted sentence form, it is placed after the predicate. You can use this form when having a casual conversation.
