@salahsaadi it means, it is engaged in your body (wearing something).
 
Naka-Adidas na sapatos ako.
(I am wearing Adidas shoes.)

Hi Ma'am Teacher Raven, is there an explanation please of the difference between the use of prefix "Naka' and "Nakaka' please? Many thanks ..Steve

@SteveT "Naka-" is used when [something] is equipped on your body or it is what you are using at the moment.
e.g.
"Naka-WiFi ka? Mobile data lang kasi gamit ko"
translates to "Oh you're using WiFi? Well I only use mobile data"
 
"Nakaka-" means something that makes you [that].
e.g.
"Nakakabaliw ka. Kanina ka pa ah."
translates to "You're making me crazy. You've been like this since ago."
