Hello! My name is Lorelei. I am from California and I am a Beginner Filipino language student.
I am studying the Filipino language because I am an American-born Pinay, but my parents never taught me Tagalog. Bless them, they didn't want me to "hab an aksent!"

I am Michael. I'm from the Philippines, and an Advanced speaker, I guess. Found this site while trying to research how much Spanish affected Filipino.
I'm here to help anybody who wants to learn my native tongue, and learn from people with technical knowledge of the language.
