What specifically are you all looking for / would be ideal? There are a number of videos on Youtube with manually created Tagalog transcripts, but sometimes they're not perfect either (the text doesn't quite match what was said). Or are you looking for some kind of quiz / drill / practice thing?

The TDC Youtube videos are transcribed using maybe the best AI model available to transcribe Tagalog text, and yes, it is often incorrect, but often close enough to help you understand the video to do "immersion" practice.

There are also these "Clips" transcription drills on TDC. I found these pretty useful in early days to get more comfortable with rapid, casual speech:
www.tagalog.com/clip s/
They're also not perfect, but they were manually transcribed by native Tagalog speakers. Unfortunately, this was done a while back, so every once in a while you'll have to skip any clips that have been deleted since it was created.
