Are you interested in learning the Tagalog Language whether for academics, business, travel or to visit and connect with people in the Philippines? You've come to the right place because I love teaching and I am very much willing to help you with that.
I am Teacher Myles, a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines. A native Filipino (Tagalog) Speaker having a passionate commitment to teaching with life-long language learning.
I graduated from one of the prestige universities here in the Philippines with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education, Majoring in General Science. I've been in a teaching position for 12 years handling grade 8 and grade 9 students of Junior high school. I have taught General Science, Biology, Chemistry and Filipino subjects. I attended a week-long seminar workshop at the University of the Philippines, Manila with the cooperation of Moscow University about Pagtuturo ng Filipino: Sa Pamamaraang Filipino at Ruso. I know that with the right learning techniques, we can obtain not just an excellency but to speak like a native Tagalog speaker.
My hobbies are photography, vlogging, video editing and design.
As a teacher, I am fun, jolly, dedicated and resourceful with a solid commitment to the academic growth and development of every student. I always prepare inspiring and engaging lessons that will capture my student's ability to think and imagine. My goal every day is to have a positive impact on my student's learning journey and motivate them to learn and achieve more. I love and enjoy teaching, this is my passion which led me to challenge myself to work hard and learn new things every day that will help me to do my work better.

My Teaching Style

My Lesson will be based on a specific topic every session. Learning with me will give you an interactive, comfortable, fun and friendly learning setup.
-I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all student abilities and individual differences.
-I create a tailored and structured learning plan depending on the student's learning goal.
-I will make sure that my lessons are interactive, easy and engaging using different tools like powerPoint presentations, flashcards, Images, educational videos and story clips. I also prepare worksheets and practice quizzes to evaluate my student's progress.
-The spaced repetition technique is applied during the lesson to attain our goal of having long-term retention to attain mastery.
-No pressure "Just simply enjoy learning the language."
