After almost 3 years of being so paranoid and careful… I tested positive for Covid-19 last Sept 3. I had symptoms and, for me, it was the hardest 11 days of my life. It was my first time to get infected with the virus. I never thought I would get it while 5 months (and 3 weeks) pregnant. I’m sharing this difficult experience with you because I want to spread awareness that Covid-19 is still very much around. Even if protocols are easing up and there already is a mandate allowing people not to wear masks outdoors.. I hope we still protect each other in our own little ways. Sa mga preggy mommies/ladies, I’m sure makaka-relate kayo dito.. ang hirap pala talaga magkasakit kapag alam mong may dinadala ka sa iyong sinapupunan hindi dahil sa sarili mo, pero dahil magaalala ka talaga para sa baby/anak mo at siyempre para sa asawa mo.
