I was asked to present Filipino cuisine at the San Sebastián Gastronomika last October, 2019 and I jumped at the opportunity to share the beauty of of food and culture on this prestigious stage. It has been my dream to be here and push Filipino food forward and I am deeply grateful to the team of San Sebatián Gastronomika for giving me this opportunity. "It takes a village" is what I always say. And thanks to my team, we were able to pull this one off.
