Parisian restaurants near River Seine deserted due to Olympics security perimeter | ABS-CBN News
While restaurants all along Paris' River Seine are normally buzzing with activity on summer weekends, all were practically deserted on Sunday (July 21), as police have imposed a security perimeter along the river.
