What it means really is, number one, we will now be able to access the 30% quick response fund

of our city disaster risk reduction and management funds individually as cities

because we can only use up to 70% of that if there is no declaration of a state of calamity.

Now that we have declared this, we can now access the quick response fund

for the procurement of food, medicines, and for the repair and rehabilitation of public infrastructure,

which definitely we will need.

Based on what we are seeing due to the effects of the storm.

And every city can now access this fund because it has already declared a state of calamity

individually as cities and also as a Metro Manila region.

data that we got from Undoy and from Ulysses. What we're doing is that

size of our drainage pipes in order to

natural waterway. Ito nga yung Marikina River. That's the reason why we widened
