National police spokesperson Jean Fajardo told a House panel Tuesday (November 19) that here was no such thing as a quota for drug-related "accomplishment," but rather, "pressure to deliver" during the Duterte administration's anti-narcotics campaign. Fajardo, who formerly held positions in the police drug enforcement group and intelligence division, was one of attendees of the hearing of the House Committee on Public Order and Safety, which is investigating issues concerning PNP personnel affected during the drug war.
