Thanks to Good Life products! ============== Kimchi Ramen Recipe ============== Ingredients: 250 grams Good Life Egg Noodles 4 ounces kimchi 4 ounces shiitake mushroom 6 cups chicken broth 2 teaspoons Good Life Sesame Oil 2 boiled eggs 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped Tare (Ramen Soup Base) ingredients: 2 tablespoons miso paste 2 teaspoons Good Life Sesame Oil 3 tablespoons kimchi juice ½ teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Make the tare by combining all tare ingredients. Mix well and set aside. 2. Boil the chicken broth and add Good Life Egg Noodles. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
