How to Cook Bananas in 3 Ways. This video will show you how I cook banana fritters (maruya), banana croquette (cheesy banana ball), and banana muffins. Banana Muffin Ingredients: 3 pieces banana, ripe 1 piece egg, beaten 10 tablespoons butter, melted Dry ingredients: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt Procedure: Pre-heat oven to 350F Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Set aside. Mash bananas in a big bowl, add egg and butter. Mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients while mixing. Continue mixing until all ingredients are well distributed. Arrange paper cups on a cupcake mold. Scoop the banana mixture in each cup. Bake for 25 minutes or use the toothpick test. Note: It is best to check starting on the 20th minute. Remove from the oven and let it cool down. Serve!
