Ginisang togue ingredients: 12 ounces bean sprouts 8 ounces extra firm tofu 12 pieces shrimp, shell removed 1 red bell pepper, julienne 1 green bell pepper, julienne 1 tomato, cubed 1 onion, sliced 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/4 cups cooking oil 2 tablespoons oyster sauce ground black pepper to taste
