Dahil sa bagong batas, mapa padali na ang pagpa titulo ng lupa na matagal na ninyong tinitirahan. Ang tawag nito ay confirmation of imperfect title sa pamamaraan ng administrative titling na i file sa cenro denr or judicial titling na i file sa regional trial court.
